The apple picking trip to Shelburne Farm and the fall foliage hike in October went well and were lots of fun! You can find pictures in the Edgerton House photo gallery.

Edgerton House has a new web server! The web page should be much faster now, especially the photo section. We're also planning some upgrades to the small lounge computer, and a kiosk in the lobby. I'm also working on setting up a new online reservation system. Let me know if you notice any problems.

I've created a web page listing the different computing and IT resources available in Edgerton House, including the public lounge computer, the printer, the fax machine, and the copier. You can find more information about how to access and use this equipment under the "Computing/IT" link in the menu at the left.

Our First Year Rep Kevin Boyle put together a new Edgerton Orientation Guide to help new and continuing residents get to know Edgerton, MIT, and the Boston area. You can find it in the "Information For New Students" link at the left. We hope you find this useful, let us know if you have any suggestions to improve the guide!

I've added a resident directory to the web page under the Resident Directory link at the left. Now you can look up the room number, email address, and phone number of your fellow Edgerton House residents. Note that the directory is only accessible from computers connected to the Edgerton House network.

1. Pictures and contact information of the current board, as well as contact information for the House Manager, Program Manager, and Graduate Coordinator, are now online.
2. The 2004 Edgerton Orientation Guide is now online as well.

Discusson forums are now online.

Currently, the organization is quite sparse. Feel free to register and suggest anything that should be added to the forums or to the site in general.
